Partnership-driven · Supporting local leadership

Our Theory of Change

A partnership model that creates lasting impact through local leadership.

1

Local partner insight

Grassroots organisations across the Cusco region have the deep contextual knowledge to identify barriers preventing the children and young people they work with from accessing quality education and life opportunities.

2

Co-designing pilots

Working together to establish key milestones and design interventions tailored to the specific context. Implementation funding enables partners to make change and gather real-world evidence to evaluate and adapt.

3

Amplifying impact

Partner commitment to change, demonstrated through the pilot programme, unlocks greater funding for the future. Enabling organisational development alongside programme funding amplifies the partnership’s impact over the long term.

Your support enables long-term change

Every donation helps a young person in Peru access education, build skills, and create a brighter future for themselves and their community.

£10

funds an hour of tutoring

£50

delivers a personal development workshop to build life skills

£110

enables a psychologist to offer support for a month

Regular donations allow us to plan ahead and commit to bigger, long-term projects.

Impact in Action

Supporting young people in the Andes to pursue their goals.

Success story

Anita’s story

Anita was a high school student supported by Sacred Valley Project before successfully graduating and undertaking a degree in environmental engineering, supported by Mosqoy.

In the future, Anita hopes to work with families and communities, helping to make land that would otherwise be infertile, fruitful. She understands the vital importance of this land to local communities, being a descendant of a long line of farmers. She commented on her experience at Sacred Valley Project:

“I feel very happy, and proud at the same time, but more than anything I feel happy because I feel I have many opportunities that help me to achieve my goals.”

— Anita

Sacred Valley Project and Mosqoy have both benefited from LAFF impact partnerships — covering educational costs, providing personal development support and strengthening organisational capacity.
